Welcome
As a mother of three, I know how easy it is to lose focus. It feels like we are being pulled in multiple directions on a daily basis. Trying to shuffle work, school schedules, evening extracurricular activities, and more can be exhausting! That's why I was drawn to executive function coaching. The strategies are applicable to all environments and age groups. They really work! For instance, checking in with my children everyday has served as a grounding exercise in raising their self awareness and sense of empathy toward others. So if you or your child is diagnosed with ADHD or is just trying to find focus, accomplish necessary tasks on time, gain emotional control, etc. I am here to help. I help bright minds run more efficiently.
